5 minute strawberry mousse
500gr de morangos lavados e sem o pé 200ml de natas 4 folhas de gelatina 2 colheres de sopa de ginjinha (opcional)
Colocar os morangos no liquidificador e bater até estarem desfeitos. Numa taça bater as natas durante cerca de 2 minutos. Cortar as folhas da gelatina em pedaços pequenos, juntar com as 6 colheres de sopa de água fria e colocar no microondas cerca de 20 segundos na potência máxima. Juntar a gelatina às natas passando por um coador. Juntar a ginjinha. Por fim juntar os morangos batidos às natas e distribuir por taças individuais. Colocar no frigorifico pelos menos duas horas antes de servir.

18 oz strawberries, washed and hulled 7 ozl light whipping cream 4 sheets gelatin 2 tablespoons cherry rum (optional)
Place strawberries in blender and process until smooth. In a bowl beat the whipping cream for about 2 minutes. Cut the gelatine leaves into small pieces, add 6 tablespoons of cold water and heat in microwave for about 20 seconds at full power. Add the gelatine to the cream through a strainer. Add the cherry rum. Finally add the strawberries to the cream and divide into single servings. Place in refrigerator for at least two hours before serving. |
