1 and 1/2 cup of self-raising flour 1/2 cup of sugar 1 teaspoon of cinnamon pinch of salt 2/3 cup of yogurt chocolate chunks (as many as you like!) Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl and the remaining ones in another (except the chocolate chunks). Add the dry ingredients to the second bowl beating lightly. Lastly add the chocolate chunks. Pour into greased and floured muffin tins and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake in a 360F oven for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. |
